Recommended Use approved by Health Canada: Helps to relieve symptoms of the common cold including fever, coughing and sore throat.

Recommended Dose:
Children 3-4: 0.33 teaspoon (1.65 ml) three times a day
Children 5-9: 0.5 teaspoon (2.5 ml) three times a day
Adolescents 10-18: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) three times a day
Adults 19+: 2 teaspoon (10 ml) three times a day
